Pobyt ten jest bardzo wdzięczny za ciepłe przyjęcie ze strony LIZ w recepcji.Do hotelu dotarłam wcześniej niż przewidywano.Chociaż nie doszła jeszcze godzina regularnego zameldowania, Liz widziała, że goście mają ciężkie bagaże, więc z entuzjazmem i skutecznie zakończone check-in i check-rozmieszczone w z góry, który zwolniony gości. zmęczenie dalekobieżnym jazdy.
Ponadto nadal chcę podziękować Chen Qiantao, zastępcy kierownika ds. doświadczeń gości, który po obejrzeniu uwag dotyczących rezerwacji pokoju zaaranżował powyższe punkty z wyprzedzeniem (więcej wody pitnej i kostek lodu) i osobiście sprawdził warunki sanitarne i układ pokoju . Nigdy nie mieszkałem w jednym z najbardziej kiepskich pięciogwiazdkowych hoteli! !
Po prostu pozwól mi umieścić Sophitrę na czarnej liście!
Zameldowanie w hotelu na dole w nocy jest ciemne, nie ma wskazówek dotyczących parkowania, a przy wysiadaniu nie ma usługi concierge.
Najbardziej nienawistną i denerwującą rzeczą jest zamówienie na wynos i poproszenie gości o przejście kilkuset metrów do pięciogwiazdkowego hotelu na drodze przed hotelem. !
Posiłki na wynos nie mogą być spożywane w pokoju gościnnym, a inne osoby muszą udać się do sali konferencyjnej, aby zjeść samemu. **!

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. We booked a suite to celebrate a chilled Anniversary & Valentine’s Day, and it was really great. It was the staycation we needed from our vacation.
The staff were so friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The complimentary perks (welcome drink & sauna experience) were a wonderful addition. The Italian restaurant on the 56th Floor (I can’t remember its name) was exquisite , and the Sky Bar was a great way to wrap the night up.
We’re happy this was our chosen hotel.

Hotel is attached to the Louvre Furniture Mall. Beautiful hotel with nice large rooms well appointed. If you plan to explore The Louvre this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

The CM Staff of Harley, the Supervisor in the lounge, was great and we chatted along the way. The facilities here are complete and the layout is very good, just like the pictures. The price is also more affordable and it’s more fun to play.Also The WIFI quickly and I will come here next time,We have a wonderful New Years Eve!!!

Hotel is great , location perfect , room really nice and clean
But
1- front desk staff English no there
2- Italian restaurant
A- English not there
B- ordered a 1400 meal for 2 asked for beef to be cooked medium rare came medium well, sides cold
C- returned the plate and asked for medium rare again could see the chef was not happy and arguing with the waitress!!! In front of us
D- white wine kept on table , asked for ice bucket , staff bring and I ad to put the wine in it staff left it on table
I own restaurant and I am a chef myself so that part you guys need training
