During my stay one day there was not any water in the morning, I think it is unacceptable..

位置還行，但酒店真不行，房間結構佈局就和如家差不多，然後更破舊，房間一股黴舊味道，部分走道地毯也沒有鋪完整露出部分水泥地，不知道這裏的4星是怎麼來的。同事航班延誤一天，續住一天結果是比萬豪等酒店還貴的天價，坑你沒商量。

是在中心地區，離展會距離不遠，走路就到了。酒店乾淨，服務挺好的，住的也很滿意。大堂設施特別好，早餐也多樣化。

服務態度超差,感覺有歧視華人,通知拿個東西半天不回應,但對其他老外態度就相對好👎

Very bad yet expensive breakfast. only one coffee machine in breakfast area that needed cleaning every 5 minutes. And it took the staff 15 mins to do so each time leading to big queue.
Empty trays were seldom replaced and with little quantities even though they had high occupancy and were aware of that a while back.
They don't allow you to check in if you arrive 15 mins earlier than advertised schedule.
Rooms give directly to train rails and isolation is not very good. End result you always wake up at start of service before 5am maybe.
They badly interpret their cancellation policy and refuse refund for last unused day.
They don't clean the rooms except if explicitly asked.

Central location to the fair. Sadly the price is much to high for the hotel, so not worth the high price.

4* rating based on fact the room rate was very low so I feel I received excellent value for amount paid.
Super quick and easy check in by friendly front desk agent who explained all facilities.
Very basic room, totally normal for Germany. No multi-plug adaptor or USB ports.
Free minibar with a few free soft drinks and a beer was cute.
Not much around in the immediate area although close to transport links.
Room was quite noisy from road traffic and is also near the rail line.
