Very convenient. Pretty much close to the train station. Room is clean. Self-service but still convenient for me.

Very bad hotel, they did not cancel the booking even where there was national train strike in Germany.
Trip.com also did not supported.

Not much to complain, just don't like their self check in system, I prefer a staff to do check in for us.

Location was very near the train station, literally just have to cross the road however it is pretty rowdy as theres a lot of people loitering there and doesnt feel safe. The hotel is good and spacious, provide soap but not toothbrush and toothpaste like other hotels i go to.

Great location less than 5 minute walk from Frankfurt train station. Very good breakfast and clean comfortable room. Lacks security, the next morning there was a homeless person sleeping in the corridor on my floor.
