Unprofessional and extremely unfriendly staff (one man in particular who was at reception). - He talked very rudely to us, yelling, and never being polite in any way, even though we friendly to him. - He refused to believe us that we were on business trip. There is a fee for tourists, which he made us pay and we never got our money back. - The elevator was broken (which is understandable and fine!) but he refused to try to help us find a solution on how to store our luggages, as we were on the 4th floor and had 3x 25kg bags. He just waved us away, saying it is our problem. He could have at least said sorry, or given us a room at a lower level, asked his staff to help us carry some bags, or made a partial refund. But he was just very unprofessional at this and continued to ignore us. - He called us “children” Worst hotel experience.

The staff is really nice. Near main train station, room is clean. When we are there they clean everything everyday. Nice toilet with hair dryer. Overall a nice stay for a good price. The neighborhood is also quite good, not as bad as we thought

La chambre est correct mais sans plus, le strict minimum. Des fourmis dans la salle de bain. Un quartier très peu recommandable dû aux drogués qui s’y trouve. Nous sommes partis une journée plus tôt puisque nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel. Lage ist super. Direkt Hauptbahnhof. Leider Matratzen uralt und Zimmer abgewohnt und laut. Dafür ist der Preis sehr gering. Zahle lieber mehr und hhabe ein gutes Hotel

住了三晚，如果預算有限衹是睡覺倒還可以接受，櫃枱態度極差!!!網頁上寫有自助洗衣機是騙人的!!! 前一晚櫃枱告知晚上不能洗，很不耐煩説要隔天早上七點才能洗， 隔天早上我們要去洗結果被不同值班的櫃枱人員阻止，口氣也不耐煩， 當下真的是傻眼，是在耍我們嗎? 既然不能洗幹嘛要欺騙我們? 建議如果有多一點預算就不要選這間，爛透了!!! 房型:標準雙人房 飯店配備:毛巾、有洗髮精沐浴乳同一罐、洗手乳、暖氣，沒有牙刷牙膏、拖鞋、瓶裝水、冰箱、冷氣 請注意:浴室的排水孔第一天住就是塞住的，洗澡會淹水
