Staff are helpful. The nespresso machine in room is not clean though.

It was stated that the breakfast was included, however, breakfast was not included after the payment was confirmed.

Good location but limited facilities in the hotel. Room is not ready when ai check in. I come with 2 children aged 11 and 13 and I was charged extra 36 EURO for extra room guest (my 11 years old daughter) as I booked a superior room.
When I checked in coffee, tea bags, bottle of water and tissues are empty. Not readily served family room with 2 single beds placed side by side. Ventilation is central heat and can hardly be adjusted. Room temperature is very high and we are hot all times.

每次來法蘭都住NH，現在改名AVANI了，依舊很好，地理位置優越，去市區走路10幾分鐘5485394分鐘。

酒店的優點：地理位置優越，可以步行到采兒大街周邊。早餐很好吃，種類超級多～
缺點：房間超級小，還沒有行李架，兩個大箱子不好攤開～關鍵！還！沒！有！空！調！！我真的崩潰了，明明預訂時候看設施寫的有空調，酒店就給你一個搖搖欲墜的電風扇～真的熱死！
衞生：衞生不乾淨，還沒有國內漢庭乾淨！
設施：沒什麼設施，房間很簡陋，大家看圖，甚至行李架都沒有，不適合長途旅行出差，短途沒有行李箱的還可以。床很小，兩個人睡比較擁擠。有一面大鏡子對着床！
