Hotele niedaleko Riedberg, Frankfurt

It was a nice stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and made a good impression. The room of me had no beautiful view, but from the hall there was a nice view of the skyline. The lack of staff at check-in was confusing at the beginning but the condition of check-in machines was simple and it went quickly. Breakfast was also good and you had a pleasant night

The hotel is very convenient, but the price is not worthwhile. The hotel is located in the large shopping centre (which has the same name) near the hotel. I also took a taxi to the central station. I was charged EUR 23. The room was large and the comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very good. The dining room is functional without any more. The hotel has a very convenient garage to leave the car and go to the city in Metro if you want. The view is that of a great city. I had a ”bird flight” from my window on the large glass roof of a large public pool (Open to all, at EUR 12 for 2 hours).

Had been declined after several stays in the ”Mövenpick”, from 2019 and then to Corona again 2022 ”Rilano”, now at the end of September 2023 again for three nights in the ”elaya” house. E-mail reservation at the end of March 2023 simple and easy, E-mail fine adjustment just before the stay led to a room in absolute desire, super! This as usual without fault and mistake - very spacious, maintained and clean. A absolute plus is that the large window can be completely opened, there comes cold and fresh air all night in ... My stay is very pleasant, the breakfast buffet is extensive, fresh egg food is prepared quickly. Lunch and dinner were made in my case (2 sessions closelessly) Each offered in the form of a hot buffet, very good choice, but DAS is not my thing in principle ... - and the previously very appreciated muvenpick ice cream is not offered any more than night table since ”Rilano”/”elaya”, a real manko! The bar is a nice place to make hard days, there you have remembered again and welcomed me and my preferences - very professional! The staff in all areas very friendly, in general, I felt well in this House and I will take the next opportunity to go back there.

Am Rande von Kurpark und Fußgängerzone gelegen. Parkhaus für 10€/24 Std. an der Rezeption mitzahlen, dann gilt der günstige Tarif. Man kommt mit dem Aufzug vom Parkhaus direkt in die Lobby. Check in. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer (comfort) auf der 3. Etage sehr gross. Viel Ablagefläche. Bad könnte einen Ticken grösser sein, aber ok. Ebenerdige Dusche und grosser Waschtisch. Kleiner Heizkörper darunter, so kann man in der kalten Jahreszeit auch das Bad schön heizen. Es gibt Seife, Shampoo und Duschlotion in Kleinstpackung. Das Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber, ABER, jetzt kommt das Aber. Die Zimmer könnten einen freundlicheren Anstrich vertragen. Und es liegt im Flur und auf den Zimmern noch Teppich. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten gab es noch einen Sessel mit Fußhocker, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen kleinen Tisch mit Stuhl. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon, aber das Fenster ließ sich komplett öffnen. Mit Blick zum Park. Blickdichter Vorhang. Im Eingangsbereich und in den Aufzügen müsste dringend mal Hand angelegt werden. Teppiche ausgefranst und mittlerweile sieht man die jahrelange Nutzung. Leider war die Bar geschlossen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet. Frühstück aktuell von 6.30-10.30. Morgens ganz früh die schönste Ruhe. Ich zähle jetzt nicht alles auf, aber muss sagen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Klar, könnte die Auswahl immer etwas mehr sein, aber es gab für alle was. Kaffee wird in einer Kanne am Tisch serviert. Man kann sich aber auch Espresso usw. bestellen. Auch bei den Eiern, Rühr und gekochtes am Buffet, auf Wunsch gibt es aber auch Spiegelei. Es gibt für jeden Gast eigenes Vorlagebesteck (wird aber irgendwie kaum genutzt) Das Personal sehr freundlich. Jeder Tisch wurde vor dem nächsten Gast desinfiziert. Vor Zutritt wird der Test/Impfstatus geprüft. Normalerweise macht die Rezeption einen Hinweis auf die Mappe mit den Zimmerkarten, dann muss man nur diese vorzeigen. War bei uns vergessen worden. Pool/Sauna muss zur Zeit vorreserviert werden. Es gibt stündliche Zeitfenster. Wir waren dann für eine Stunde alleine im Pool. Klein, aber fein. Temperatur ok. Es gibt extra Handtücher im Pool/Saunabereich. Auch wenn etwas altbacken von der Einrichtung her, hat uns die Lage überzeugt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We like this hotel for it's proximity to ffm, and booked it 3 times over the summer. Our first room was lovely, but disappointed by our second room. When we had complaints about the cleanliness in our room, the night staff is nothing more than a security who did not have the means to fix anything. And after an uncomfortable night, the morning staff did not seem to care too much about customer retention either, considering we had spent over 10 nights at this hotel. I guess it is still okay to book this hotel if service is not the top of your concerns.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Good hotel 3-4 stars with comfortable and clean rooms. Bars and restaurants do a great job with good and tasty spots but any bar offers a wide selection of spirits, wines and beer! The modern Post architecture is a little like a city of Retorte style Brazil! Employees are very sympathetic and effective! I don't believe it in a time like our after Covid and the middle of the crisis - at Chapeau for hotel managers who obviously likes his work and the tastes of the international bar!

A Eschborn a pochi chilometri da Francoforte in una zona che negli ultimi tempi ha visto spuntare come funghi palazzi con sedi di diverse multinazionali e anche divrse catene di hotel si trova Hyatt House, della famosa catena internazionale. E House è la parola giusta che esprime perfettamente il concetto della struttura: qui vi sentirete come a casa vostra sia per un breve che per un lungo soggiorno. Le stanze e i monolocali sono luminosi grazie alle ampie vetrate a tutta altezza e, nei monolocali dotati di cucine completamente attrezzate, letti king size, zona pranzo e area salotto per rilassarsi. Le camere “normali” sono comunque già super accessoriate con ferro da stiro, macchina per il caffè, per il tè, frigobar, cassaforte e Tv di dimensioni generose: completi anche i bagni con asciugacapelli e prodotti vari. Essendo di recente costruzione e inaugarato da un anno circa, si respira la sensazione del “nuovo”. Prezzi competitivi rispetto alla vicina e ben più cara Francoforte, con la ricca colazione internazionale compresa. Bello e originale l’ingresso e gli spazi comuni: la pulizia è impeccabile. Una ricca sala fitness dotata di due tapis roulant, bicicletta, vogatore , vari pesi, panca multi-regolabile e un FTS Glide completa l’offerta per il cliente. Il centro business nella hall dell'Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn è disponibile per tutti gli ospiti tutto il giorno e offre due computer, accesso a Internet e una stampante. Nei pressi ill Main-Taunus-Zentrum, il più grande centro commerciale della zona con circa 91.000 mq oltre 170 negozi e una food court con offerte culinarie provenienti da tutto il mondo. L'Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn dista 8,8 km dalla Messe Frankfurt e 9,4 km dalla stazione centrale di Francoforte. L'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Francoforte, a 13 km dall'hotel. Un’esperienza da provare, inaspettata e piacevolissima.

Very friendly staff. Available design of the rooms, dining rooms and lobby. Ruhful location directly at the S train station. Parking garage available and 4 parking spaces with free loading for e-vehicles. We are happy to come back.
