We were in room 1 - everything was ok except one of the single beds was very uncomfortable and wobbly.

Having arrived at the Motel in a taxi late at night, we were able to gain entry to the room by collecting the key in a secure box, without any problems. The Motel was close to bus routes which allowed us access to the Frankston area.
The owner was very helpful with all our questions, and our need to change the original booking.
After staying for a few days we were sad to leave the property.

This property is clean and well presented. It is a little difficult to find, but we’ll worth the effort and great value.

Generally, the room is OK but furnitures and room condition needed to be upgraded. Bathroom shower floor water trap also needed to be improved as the water may flood the shower if turned on for 5 minutes or more.

Lovely lady greeted us on arrival. The room was very clean and light. We felt very relaxed. 10 out of 10.
