We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay

Great location, great price, great service, staff is very accommodating. My only issue was that not all the staff spoke English, which proved challenging at times, but with hand and arm signals and Google translate, we got it done.

Schade, schade. Schlechte Führung des Hotels. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 3 Personen da. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schön und die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Wobei man die Gartenbänke in der Lobby durch andere Möbel ersetzten sollte. Ankunftszeit Abendessen. Suppe bestehend aus püriertem mit Linsen und Eierstich. Salatbuffet bestehend aus 2 Salaten + Fruchtcocktail aus der Dose. Hauptgang vier Bröckchen Gulasch mit 4 Scheiben böhmische Knödel. 1.Tag um 7.00 Uhr Rührei und gekochte Eier waren kalt. Obst gibt's nur aus der Dose. Nichts frisches zu finden. 2. Tag ab 8.Uhr war das Frühstücksbuffet leer gefegt. Brötchen gab es nicht mehr. Aussage des Rezeptions-Teams "Gäste essen zu viel". Gekochte Eier waren kalt. Honigspender defekt. Suppe zum Mittagessen wurde ohne Löffel serviert. Restliches Besteck war allerdings eingedeckt. Gläser waren schmutzig und sogar mit Lippenstift voll. Dessert wurde auf Tassenunterteller serviert. Reklamationen wurde an der Rezeption gemeldet. Seitens der Rezeption gab es eine Entschuldigung. Zimmerreinigung eine Kathastrophe! Es wurde in vier Tagen nicht gesaugt die Betten lieblos zusammen gelegt. Bad total schmutzig. Dusche, Waschbecken, Spiegel inkl. Ablage wurde nicht gereinigt (Siehe Bilder). Auf Möbeln waren vom Vorgänger noch Ränder auf dem Nachtisch zurück geblieben. Frühstückservice wurde durch einen Personalwechsel dann verbessert. Die ältere Dame mit einem jungen Servicemann machten den Service ohne Probleme. Auch eine Begrüßung bekamen dann die Gäste am morgen. Jedoch nicht das Angebot. Allerdings gibt es kein Obst, kein Gemüse und alles sehr fleisch-lastig. Das Angebot an Speisen ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemäs. Die Behandlungen im Spa Bereich sind gut und die Mitarbeiter dort sehr freundlich. Zwei Bilder vom Speisesaal sind beigefügt. Eine Ist Aufnahme und eine Werbeaufnahme.

Kamer was netjes, wel redelijk klein vergeleken bij andere hotels in deze regio. Ontbijt voldoende keuze. Betaalde parking op afgesloten terrein achter hotel.
