The hotel is very nice. Rooms were surprisingly very nice. Pool area is landscaped above and beyond most hotel pool areas. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Alot to offer in their breakfast as well. We will definitely go back.

Everything was excellent!! Beautiful property with creek, fire pits, heated outdoor pool and hot tub!! Love this property!

Very friendly service. The heater in my room wasn’t working so I went to the front to ask for assistance. The maintenance person was there and happily went to fix the problem.

Bathtub was filthy We drove back to Austin to shower No bar soap in room only shower gel in shower Had to find a maid and ask for soap Pillows were very small and bed was hard Keys to room did not work Had to go back to reception Stairs were very slippery

The rooms are large but need a little updating. Beautiful property with 2 pools and 2 outdoor fireplaces that are lit at night, weather permitting. Best breakfast we've had since 2020.

The property had thin walls and you could hear everything above and around you. It kept us awake all night. The staff did nothing about it the next day besides make excuses. The sink was stopped up and would not drain. This place is fairly run down I would not return

Bed and room were great.
Neighbors very noise need to work on sound proofing the rooms.
People above us sounded like a herd of buffalo everytime they were in the room. Stomping on the floor.

Great value for the money, I would recommend the property taking more pictures. The ones online do not give it justice. I would recommend and going forward, this will be were I will stay when coming to Fredericksburg.

Nice quiet place. Older hotel but it’s kept up pretty good.
Only stayed one night. Great place to just hang out after a day walking Fredericksburg.
Good coffee. And decent hot breakfast as well.
