Tv remote didn’t work, beds were very old and broken, walls were thin and we heard drunk ladies all night, it smelled like cigarettes, front desk impossible to reach, poor “pet friendly” policies

From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was very clean and friendly staff. I recommend this to anyone traveling to Fredericksburg, Tx.

Spent four nights at this facility. When we arrived the hot tub was not working or the waffle maker for breakfast. At the end of the stay it still remained the same. Also told the front desk of the 1st morning there that the sink stopper was missing - still missing four days later.

It is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but that is no fault of the property itself. Staff was helpful and efficient. The food was very good for a complimentary breakfast.

This is an old property, but a lot of effort has gone into keeping it upgraded. Our "suite" was two old rooms renovated into a TV room and bedroom. That's OK: it's being done a lot now. The problem: LOTS of deferred maintenance. Several light bulbs burned out, a cabinet door hanging off its hinges, broken waffle machine. Sweat the details, friends.

Quick & friendly check in & check out process. Good location, clean room & definitely appreciate the 12:00 check out time, as I like to sleep in & not feel rushed on trips.

La Quinta Fredericksburg is a very nice hotel close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Very nice surrounding.
Check in and out was easy. People are friendly.
The rooms and bathroom are good size , comfortable beds, very clean, nice amenities and thick towels.
Breakfast offered.
There is a pool and gym and laundry room.

1. Pillows were feather and not comfortable. When we asked the front desk for non-allergenic ones, they said they don't have any, and we could roll up a blanket as a pillow.
2. Phone did not work (could not even call front desk).
3. Shower head mostly clogged.
4. No towel racks or robe hooks in bathroom
5. Bad lighting in room
6. Alarm clock woke me at 6am (I had not set it).
