Sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum Freyburgs. Freundliches Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, hervorragendes Frühstück. Tolles, modernes Bad.

Eigentlich zunächst Ersatzquartier erwies sich das Hotel Unstruttal als wahrer Glücksgriff. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, hervorragende, frische Küche (auch zu später Stunde, und Sonderwünsche wurden selbstverständlich erfüllt), ein sehr schönes Zimmer und appetitliches Bad, sehr dezente, stilsichere Renovierung des alten Gebäudes machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr erfreulich. Die Altstadt ist wunderschön und lädt zu historischen Erkundungen ein. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder!

Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Sehr netter und angenehmer Service, das Essen war wunderbar, vor allem die vegetarischen Speisen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Portionen sind so, dass auch hungrige Männer satt werden. Die Beratung für die Weinauswahl war ebenfalls toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu siebt im Restaurant zum Abendessen. Wir wurden vom Service sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Ob Lamm oder Reh oder Wildmaultaschen. Alles war auf den Punkt gegart und und eine Gaumenfreude! Der Service war schnell. Die Weinempfehlung passte perfekt. Für uns war es das beste Restaurant im Saale-Unstrut-Gebiet.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine ruhige Nacht verbracht mit leckerem Abendessen und einem Glas Wein.Das Wetter war schön, also konnten wir im Hotel im schönen Gastgarten sitzen. Sehr schön renoviertes Bad! Und das Auto stand gut untergebracht hinter dem Hotel.
