Old and dated (rooms still had keys instead of electronic entry cards for example) but clean and friendly.
Breakfast was very basic but OK.
I’d stay there again.

We were lucky we checked in at this place with a confirmed reservation!! The guy at the reception was extremely rude, did not listen to us, he’s just not trained to treat guests because he kept telling us to go somewhere else because he could not charge our stay in our credit cards.
We tired to explain the guy on how he could charge our credit card because our credit cards had extra security features. But he just didn’t listen!!
We got lucky the owner stopped by because ones we explain to him the situation. They were able to charge our reservation.
So if you plan to stay at this place be prepare when you arrive at the reception.

Old school motel with an open parking lot, real room keys, early 60s-era combo cooktop/fridge/freezer/sink. Some furnishings are outdated but all in good repair and room was clean and comfortable. The room smelled a little musty at first but not gross and aired out quickly. Front desk staff is helpful. No elevators so people who can't handle stairs would want a first floor space. Right on main street so easy walking to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

It's a no thrills old style hotel which is just what I wanted. It's a little outdated but I like that, I go to mountains for the mountains, not for the hotel.

Good place to stay. 15 mins from Breckenridge. Clean and well kept. Staff was welcoming and kind. Rooms are a bit dated but thats not an issue for me. Breakfast offered, minimal... toast ,bagles, yogurt and fruit. The breakfast area is quite small and it seemed as if EVERYONE converged at the same time, so expect a wait or go elsewhere for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff. All around a fantastic experience especially if you’re skiing. Even just visiting this is an ideal option.

Nice Hotel for the cost. Great location in Frisco & very clean. Free breakfast was also a positive. Older hotel so not as soundproof as new construction. Paul at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating when we asked for a room change.
