This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

Something above my room whether it was staff or customer, kept me and my wife up all three nights. Slamming things and stomping around. Completely inappropriate. I will never stay there again.

The staff did not greet us at the property. When we entered, one of yhe staff joked and said "we are closed - just joking!" Very unprofessional!

Everything was great except for the bed. It was hard. It felt like sleeping on a box spring. It was not comfortable at all.

Everything was good from the service to cleanliness. But…I had to rate low on “Comfort”. Reason being…it was freezing cold outside and the heater did not work. I was unable to adjust the temperature to my liking. I had to use the hair blow dryer to warm up the sheets and our bodies. It was very uncomfortable. My husband and I did not sleep well.

No hot water! We tried to take a shower at 5:30 at night and again at 6:00am the next morning. Both were very cold showers. The water in the sink never got warm

First time here and it was a pleasant stay. I traveled with my best friend and we felt very safe and welcomed by the night crew . They were such gentleman! We can’t wait to book again !
