We suffered a buzzing air con all week in our room .sounded like a drill going all day/night blamed on a private flat above which they could not enter .complained numerous times and was offered a room overlooking the building site which we refused .manager could not refund but did give a days free dining .then on our last night didn't sleep a wink even tho we were up at 5.30 am felt like we had come off a night shift still fighting for some compensation from holiday arrangement company who don't appear interested

We had an amazing holiday here,the rooms although small were ok and cleaned every day.The hotel is central to almost everything.We decided to walk past the marina to sunbathe on the beach loungers which were a bit cheaper and the beach a bit quieter there.Our hotel was very nice and the breakfast was handy.Eating outside in the morning sun was great,the pool was great with great views over the marina.We Will definately be going back I would recommend this hotel for value for money and the central location.The bud station was minutes away for day trips out and about,Mijas was beautiful and only around a 20 minute bus ride.

Comfy beds , reception lovely and very helpful staff.needs updating carpets to rooms very worn and stained.pool didn't open til 11am and closed at 6pm so disappointed.room overlooking car park but bonus was very quiet no noise at all.breakfast brilliant so much choice.plenty of shops restaurants alongside hotel.nice view of marina from rooftop pool.would return.lovely week away staying at this hotel.

Didn’t like food kids didn’t like it the room service was ok apart from they left us with the same sheets for the whole week and they where getting dirty towards the end of the week there was no gift shop and drink machines where not always working the second day I saw a cockroach come out of the coffee machine and it put me off ever eating in the restaurant again there wasn’t much food for choice as my partner continued to eat there but after four days we all went else where for food the floors in bathroom where slippery due to them being made of marble this hotel isn’t really suitable for younger children especially at crawling or beginning to walk due to the Mabel hard flooring in the room etc overall I wouldn’t class this hotel as a four star more like a two at the most

When we booked we saw it was a 4* hotel but definitely not 4*, Had i seen true photo’s of the inside of the hotel i would not have booked, the rooms was basic but big, only 1 plug in the main bedroom/ living room so not good for charging phones/ ipads or any other electrical especially if you had kids. The sliding wardrobes came off the rails when we tried to slide them to each side. There was another plug in the bathroom which was great when u needed to straighten your hair and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom, the towels was changed every day and the maid came in every day to make up the room. The hallways definitely need updating as the carpet had big wet patches from where something was leaking and if im honest im surprised the carpet didnt get up and walk away by itself. The walls could do with cleaning up and redecorating. The dining hall surprised me as it was very clean and plenty of choice, i could easily think the dining room didnt belong to the same hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel is ideally situated and a nice lick of paint and new carpets would benefit this hotel immensely.

I was visiting a friend in Fuengirola.
The lobby are is good, very spacious and clean. The reception staff very friendly. The Train bar staff also very nice.
The hallway carpets very badly worn on the bedroom floors. The air con in the room was old, very noisy, did not work and pumped out stale air as if it hadn't been serviced for a long time.
In-room facilities not good (no kettle, no water, limited bathroom facilities such as shower gel.
I understand the market that they are aiming at, so maybe I made a wrong choice
