Room was spacious and clean but other than that everything else was ok. Was expecting much better services and amenities for the room rate.

The private onsen pool was awesome
We could enjoy it anytime when we wanna do :)
Also Staffs were nice and breakfast was very good
If you have plans to see mt. Fuji and wanna travel around Lake Kawaguchi area, I strongly recommend here to stay for one night!
You will experience Japanese culture and enjoy onsen as well

超級超級讚的私湯温泉酒店。服務態度非常好，晚餐需要預約。吃食都非常精緻非常好吃，還有每一道菜的介紹。房間乾淨，設施齊全高檔，私湯更是好的沒話説，還能欣賞雪景。非常推薦~

多次來日本也沒在富士山住過 都是走馬觀花的～
這個季節 幾乎所有的的酒店都爆滿～
這是一家房少及其安靜的酒店～印度小哥服務生較多 熱情温柔 而且印度英語口音不重
房間乾淨整潔 因為我和我先生都是面積較大的紋身 不能去公共温泉 所以選擇這傢俬湯～超級nice～
早餐是每個人單間制～種類繁多且豐盛～從刺身到大米飯 應有盡有～[勝利]
房間配備都是電動馬桶 戴森吹風機 全套POLA洗浴用品
就算是預訂的大床房也是兩個單人床拼接在一起
房間沒有🦟
習慣性放了小費 服務生沒有收～
酒店出去就可以看到富士山🗻附近是河口湖 走兩步就可欣賞到美景～

定的總統套房，顯示有四個床位，標價1000美金，到了酒店還要補另外兩個人的費用，又補了900多美金。原房間加床位的費用比單獨開一間都還貴，不知道套房意義是啥
