The location is very good, it takes 2 minute from metro, but the service isn’t not good.

The staffs are friendly, good service. The breakfast is very nice and you can choose from 3 choices. We have a lovely breakfast time together. However, the room is not as big as expected. Other than that everything is fine. The hot bath is nice and you can enjoy a cup of coffee and iced lollipops after the relaxation. 🤭🥂

I love this hotel and will definitely revisit next time if I have the chance to! The location is convenient and design is very modern. I love the public bath at the 3F and that they offer ice lollipop for residents. The outdoor terrace is also very nice! The room is very clean and the bathroom is spacious. Receptionists is also very friendly and helpful

Location is near to Old town and Tenjin shopping malls, all within 10 mins walk. Subway station, Nakasu. Kawabata station is 5 mins walk away from hotel and family mart, 7-Eleven mini marts are few mins walk. Hotel is very clean, aesthetically done up but a little cramped for 3 of us. Level 3 has guests bath and indoor/outdoor lounge and coffee machine. Near reception at level 2 can self collect complimentary tea and coffee sachets and toiletries like comb, razor, hair band. Overall a gd experience for 7 nights stay!

The location is at superb spot surrounded by restaurants and shops, and is close to subway. With few minutes' walk, you can reach the famous Tenjin shopping and entertainment hub. Room is clean and spacious.

Pros:
-new hotel, stylish design and clean sheet
-Strong shower in room
-Next to station but away from hustle and bustle
-Public bath is fantastic
Cons:
-Standard room smaller than in pics
-Lighting is quite dark in general
-No proper work desk
-Don’t know how ladies put on makeup besides standing in front of the mirror (still too dark)
-sofa bed is too big and takes up large area of room
-house keeping staff needs better training
I had a funny episode on the day I checked out , hotel policy is check out at 1100. I went out for breakfast and came back around 1020, I found out my room door , along with several other rooms were opened , house keeping staff have started cleaning , despite my DND sign was on the door and before check out time. My suitcases and everything were still in the room and the door was open for “group cleaning”.
I was quite upset , front desk called to apologise but still it was not pleasant.
