Excellent place to stay, convenient location, shopping mall, hakata train station, food. Bus terminal all within reaching

The hotel room is dirty, dusty and even has small insects in the bathroom floor. So unbearable. Besides, once arrived at the hotel, we were allocated with a room on smoking floor even though we had paid for non-smoking room. We needed to communicate painfully with the front desk to change for another room on non-smoking floor. The staff at first was unwilling to assist and we found it difficult to talk to them in English (as we don't know Japanese). After all, we are very disappointed with the room and the experience of staying in the hotel is extremely not good. Will not re-book this hotel.

so close to JR station and full of restaurant nearby, definitely a good place to stay if need to catch up early train on the next day!

it's located near train station. good for people with kids but room is small. suggest you to take taxi to airport if you travel international.

Excellent location with just 2mins walk from Hakata station. But the carpark nearby is expensive. Great front desk services, they can help keep luggage if you need to do a short trip to other places and then come back to stay at the same hotel. They offer Japanese or Western style breakfast, we chose Japanese style and it tastes good!! The twin room is a bit small, cannot fully open a 28" luggage. The bathroom is clean but the bathtub is a but old and has a crack. Overall I will recommend the hotel to someone who need to stay near the JR station.

Room is not very big which is not a surprise since we are in the city. But we still can fit 2 large luggage and have space to walk and open bathroom door. The hotel is walking distance from the Hakata station and you can find alot of food there, as well shops selling souvenir.

Stayed this hotel for two nights. Love the location which is right beside the central JR Hakata Station close to the Shenkansen track. Take an East 1/3 exit. The hotel is clean and newly renovated. Shower head has great water pressure. Toto Toilet works very well. The only think I don’t like is that the pillow is a bit too soft for me. Considering the great location at a very reasonable price, as well as new amenities, I will recommend this to my relatives and friends.
