10 minutes walk from Hakata station, has Lawson and Family Mart few minutes away.

The room is spacious comparing with JP standard.
The breakfast was excellent and fruitful, you won't be regret to pay and try.
Staff were polite and professional.
Also have the hot spring facility in downtown and free for hotel guest.
Great stay and good value of money.
Will definitely stay again if visiting Fukuoka again.

The area is very convenient， have lots of 24 hour store near the hotel .so I won’t need to be worried about late and can’t find anything to eat.
The staff in hotel are very helpful, and nice. they are also try to use English to communicate with me ,compares some of the hotel at the past i can said they have put a lot of effort to train staff and Serve customers
For the last past the spa , the size of the spa area are bigger then I thought ,can let 10 guy enjoy at the same time .that was impressive
So due to those case i would like to give them 5 out of 5

even though the price is a bit expensive but the hotel overall environment is fair enough for the price. just the Hot spring pool is quite small especially in peak period (6.30am~8am, 9pm~11pm), sometimes the drainage system inside the hot spring pool is not good enough during shower.

The hotel is near the Fukuoka station and easy access to eateries. The shopping area is not too far either.

Staff is polite, responsible and professional. They can help to arrange taxi. Rooms are spacious and is worth for money. Location is great and is within 10 minutes walk to Hakata station. Shops and restaurants nearby. The hot spring in the hotel is much better than expected. The breakfast is delicious.

Love the hotel. Clean room but little bit old. Staff was nice and helpful. Great location. 10mins walking from the JR Station and near bus station . And so many restaurants around there , 24hrs store Also hot spring gave me relax time and sweat dream. I will visit again.
