Really great location. Hotel rooms are standard but love the paintings! The common area is super useful and cool place to chill out

Location in Tenjin is good for shopping (near flagship stores and departmental stores). Room is small, but co-living space is vibrant.

A great stay at a reasonable price (for Japan). The room is modern and quiet, comfortable enough for one person. Although the Lyf hotels are designed for sustainability, I do miss having a water kettle in the room. There is also no safety deposit box.
Service is great and it's nice to have a coworking area.

Absolutely loved Lyf Tenjin Fukuoka hotel. The workers were all super friendly and spoke English. Lyf staff were also so helpful when I had any questions, and when I locked myself out of my room haha. The hotel starts on the third floor of the building. The third floor is a coliving area, and has the check-in area, a kitchen, tons of seating (including a balcony), a pool table, laundry room, smoking room, and restrooms. Artwork was also displayed and the style of this whole hotel is just unmatched. It has a lively pop theme that feels comfortable and happy. There's a rooftop bar and a wine bar on the first floor. I'm usually an introvert, but it was so much fun to just chill in there why all these people hung out, kinda felt like being in a college dorm. I was provided with any amenities I could need, which was fantastic because I forgot my hairbrush. I loved the room! Some people said it was too small but I thought it was perfect for one or two people, and it was so cozy. The wall art was brilliant, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, as well as the shower, and I even liked that the TV had apps. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Fukuoka!!!

Good, good location, but the service is average. Called for a car in the morning and the officer helped call but said there was no car.
Go down and call it yourself
It's better to download the app to call a car yourself.

If you a fan of hanging out with fellow visitors and cooking your own meals, this is an excellent place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. New and clean room. Kitchen facilities in 2F a plus. Will stay again...
