Very nice location and venue and great for the price!! Nice beds and good coffee in the lobby

We stayed for 6 nights. Place probably more suitable for at most 3 nights because they do not clean your room throughout the length of your stay. If you can bear not having room vacuum & mop for more than 3 nights then this is a very good place. Towels can be obtained from front desk any time which is good.
Pillow is soft, not sufficient support. Harder pillow ran out. I used 2 soft pillows & 2 bath towels beneath them.
Near to Hakata train, JR stations & Bus Terminal. Also walking distant from Hakata Old Town.
Generally, room was clean & bright. Staff were polite & helpful.

I read bad review before, but i choose this hotel
The hotel better than i think
I suggest you check in on time, no extra charge
If you want to early check in or drop luggage, have extra charge
Towel can change free every day by yourself
The room is clean and biggest in cheap price in area!
Bathroom so big, have full accessary
You can walk 5-10 mins to Hakata station
Bed so soft, Staff so cute and try to communicate us in English
Have free coffe,tea,water,amenities on 2nd floor

The staff were friendly enough, but not particularly helpful when I asked about information on booking taxis. They also didn't give a heads up that there won't be coffee or tea in the rooms (I don't mind going to the communal area but I wasn't told there wouldn't be any in the room beforehand).

Good price to stay there for one night. You need to pay for everything for extra services such as paying 550 yen for each luggage for 1 day before and after checked in which is free services in other hotels.

The overall experience was good, but if you arrive before 15:00, you need to pay for luggage storing since they do not allow early check in. The environment is quick nice, with supply of daily necessities free to take.

The location is around 8 mins walk from Hakata station and the room is very spacious with double sinks. There are also two double beds so it’s good for family. The overall experience is pleasant. There are also Lawson and 24H family mart nearby..

NOT booking this hotel. Nothing is free. If you arrive before 3pm (check in time), and you want to leave your luggage there, you need to pay 550 yenes!!! By piece!!! So if you have 2 suitcases and 2 bags you need to pay 550x4!!! I arrived 1hour before the check in and they still wanted me to pay for one hour. Really not understanding. If you also want to do the check in before, you also need to pay 700 yenes BY HOUR!!! The water to drink in the room is not free. 100 yenes. The service is really poor and bad, so cold and not smiling at any moment. The room is dirty and old. You can listen what happen outside in the floor or near to your room. Totally not recommend to book a room here.
