Superb location is absolutely perfect. Supermarket next door follow the street to your right there is a heavenly Gelato shop. The staff were great offered a lot of support.

Cafe de manha fraco. Internet wifi nunca funcionou em todos os aparelhos, falha grave. Banheiros/ ducha (banheira) nao é seguro principalmente para pessoas com dificuldades motoras (idosos), nao foi o meu cado, mas escorreguei varias vezes.ponto positivo muito bem localizado e estacionamemto gratuito a 50 metros.

Stayed here for a week with my Mum. Wanted somewhere central so we had everything on our doorstep. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. All the shops restaurants and bars were all easily on hand. The staff were amazing- nothing too much trouble. Great recommendations for dinner, the best Puncha and all the must see attractions. Room was large with great high pressure shower and immaculately clean. Will definitely return. Have the use of the sister hotel Windsor with its rooftop pool and nice foyer bar which we frequented regularly and loved the staff there too,

Stayed in the fifth floor. Balcony was a joke so do not worth paying extra money. Cleaning was not working at all. I got some broken class to my toe in the first nite from moving the bed.. reception was good and the young lady at the breakfast. They were helpful

I would give full points had there been a more varied breakfast, but other than that, the hotel is absolutely fine. Great location, good friendly staff, and a perfectly functioning shower :) There is a little fridge in the room but no coffee or tea making tools, so you might want to take your own. Breakfast is 98% the same every single morning. Different bread, one type of cheese and ham, marmalades, cereals, apples, and pears. All in all, a great accommodation nevertheless!

We were booked here and upon arrival at 10:30 pm were told they were overbooked.
Apparently there was a system issue and several others were without a room. The front desk employee was lovely and arranged another hotel for us and a taxi to bring us there. We ended-up at a fine hotel. However, it was 40 mins from the center.
I am not sure if the glitch was on their end, **********, etc. but I don’t understand why we weren’t contacted prior to arrival given that all the arrangements were made for us to relocate.

They let me check in early. The location is great. My room had a nice view. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is ok. I'd gladly return.
