All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Only faults were the beds were hard (got a topper fitted) and the dining room is very congested at times. Overall a great stay at lovely hotel.

Everything about this hotel screamed comfort, a very enjoyable stay which was great value.the indoor pool was a particular highlight, along with the sauna. Breakfast buffet was vast.

The hotel had a delightful breakfast, room, pool, spa, location. We were able to walk into town along a single flat road,
There is also free parking directly outside the hotel.
Slightly hard bed, but this can be forgiven.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was lavish. Location was very good, you could easily walk to center. We had a lovely week at beautiful Madeira.

Great location for the city yet out of it enough that is was slightly more chilled. Waking up to the sun rise over the sea every morning was lovely. Staff were all incredibly polite and helpful.

I had a room with a view and the view was incredible! Solo travelling and felt safe while there. Bed was super firm and I found it uncomfortable (only downside).
