I would recommend this hotel.
Cleanliness.
Stable Wi Fi.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast is ok and costs 8.5 EUR.
The gym is small, although it has all the necessary equipment (a reservation is necessary at the reception).
But.
There was no water a full day commencing morning time, so I was unable even to clean my teeth.
The housekeeper lady just entered my room without knocking in the morning.

The hotel is in Lido area with plenty of restaurants and small super markets near by. Only 3 mins walk to bus top where can bring you to City Center €1.95 single one way and airport. €5 single one way, €8 return. Walking to City center is about 20-30mins. Only 10mins walk to Forum Madeira shopping mall. Breakfast is good with many choices of fruit, salad, yogurt, ham, eggs, bread, cereals. Indoor, outdoor pool and gym are nice too. We stay in sea and swimming pool view studio with kitchenette. The balcony is wonderful.
Staffs are polite and patient. Only one con, no air conditioning in 31 degrees. Only have a ceiling fan.

wow best location and great apartment to stay, lot of restaurants around and things to do. studio flat has the best view from the top. staff were friendly and brekafst has some many options to eat. indoor outdoor swimming pool and gym facilities were good to use and free for everyone. recommended and definitely will stay again there.

Hotel limpo e agradavel. A única parte menos agradavel é o cartao de estacionamento nao funcionar e perdemos algum tempo, temos que estar a espera que nos abrem cada vez que queremos estacionar. E nao nos deram posibilidade de troca de cartao.. Tendo nós que nos conformar com este inconveniente.

호텔은 올드하나 리모델링하여 좋음.방도 크고 냉장고와 전자레인지, 그릇등 옛날 리조트 였는지 아주 만족합니다.조식도 프랑스 파리,니스
포르투갈 포르토를 다녀 본중 제일 좋습니다.
다만 엘리베이터를 탈때 소리가 좀 심합니다.
가격대비 가성비가 갑입니다.

Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa dla osób chcących poznać wyspę. Bardzo czysto. Mieliśmy pokój w odnowionej części na 8 piętrze z cudownym widokiem na ocean i miasto. Hotel 3* z pełnym zapleczem basen otwarty i kryty, korty ale nie warto siedzieć w miejscu Madera to piękna wyspa i ma wiele do zaoferowania a czas płynie zdecydowanie za szybko. 😀 Obsługa hotelu i serwis sprzątający bez zarzutu. Śniadania słabym punktem oprócz "domowej" gotowanej owsianki, która była przepyszna. Polecam!
