Great hotel in an amazing location, o KY a 15 min walk to see the northern lights. Hotel has its own bowling alley as well! Staff were friendly and helpful too!

Dunkelyder fra luftekanalen om natten. Gav beskjed, men fikk ikke nytt rom men lovnad om å se på det. Lyden ble ikke borte..
Rommet var skittent da vi ankom, og ble ikke vasket i løpet av de 5 nettene vi sov der. Det er greit at de ikke vasker hver dag, men synes det burde gjøres minst én gang i løpet av de 5 døgnene..
Frokosten sto heller ikke til forventingene. Tørre brødskiver. Kalde rundstykker (som lå i varmeboks). Inntørket ost. Appelsinjuice’en var vann med farge.
Har bodd på dette hotellet tidligere, da har det vært ok. Dette var siste gangen. Neste gang jeg kommer til Gällivare blir det Scandic.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To be fair I have trouble sleeping when away so the low score is also my issue with sleeping.
The queensize bed were two single beds put togheter. The gym was amazing and the restaurant/breakfast area nice.
Nice big TV I brought an HDMI to be able to stream.

It was Very Good. The service level was high amongst the staff and friendly.
My room was never cleaned but apparently they clean the room only if you ask them to do it. Unfortunately I had no information about that. My mistake but still.

New bathroom but the hair dryer is still in the drawer in the room. Whole furniture more than old. Worst thing at all were the employees from the hotel. The staff did not let us finish our questions. Pretended they knew the answers already. Staff at the breakfast wasn‘t even able to say „Good morning“. Won‘t stay there again.
