Construction going on,didnt let us know.pool was closed no hot tub working.maintanance didnt let us know.only 2 towels in room never had less than 3 anywhere.fire alarm went off 11:00 at night.but they did comp our parking.they charge 16 dollars to park yourself.

環境：很好、離海邊一路之隔、周圍各種店齊全
服務：早上在房間裏落了充電設備、下午就怎麼也找不到了。讓人無安全感。

提示：帶陽台的都是側向面海，樓層位置不理想。建議高層海景房，雖然沒有陽台，但正面鳥瞰墨西哥灣還是很不錯的。
評價：前台服務很好，酒店停車樓2F直達前台，房間設施全，衞生不錯，列剋星敦號航母直線距離5KM，菲利普囧森設計的南德州藝術博物館步行可達，非常推薦！

Hotel was good , location is great. The only thing is that during the remodeling that is going on right now there's no guidance where you need to go, and no signs at all. You have fo figure it out your self

The room smelled like dirty feet. The floor was not clean. The construction on the pool outside the room was extremely noisy and started way too early in the morning. Elevators were slow and sounded like they were about to fall apart. Even another guest I was riding with commented they tried a different tower elevator and they sounded the same. The staff was amazing however. Very kind and helpful. Property was dated for sure. Will not be a return visit for me next Galveston trip.

Check in was awful..requested early check in & literally waited hours, in lobby area..watching many others come in & check in…to finally be told that we were waiting for a premium room…no options/choices provided…to lesson wait time..front desk personnel were polite but NOT helpful!

Room 302 itself was very nice. However, we could hear every noise in the hallway. Also, there was an intermittent noise that sounded like a struggling machine. The check-in clerk was terrific. I think her name was Bianca or Blanca. Very personable and efficient.

Room was nice, however bathroom was small and felt cramped. The lobby had an interesting air freshener that was very overpowering. Overall it was fine for the area.
