Great place to stay in Corning area. Great beds, fridge keeps beer cold. Stayed while playing in Cinderella softball tournament. Kids had a great time and staff was very friendly. Pool is a great outside gathering area. Overall great experience.

Let me first say, the manager and staff are wonderful people and very helpful. I am fully aware that they cannot take care of all the maintenance issues that this hotel and suites has. Our room was comfortable enough though there were some issues. Specifically the tiny pedestal sink did not drain. We did not notice this until just before bed and weren't about to call the front desk at that time. The faucet itself was in need of a thorough scrubbing, as well as the faucet in the tub. Other fixtures in the bathroom were clean. My husband noticed the next morning that his feet were black on the bottom. Sure enough, mine were as well. The floor was a brown wood, so it didn't show the dirt. We did have a kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. Because of that no breakfast was offered and there was no in room coffee either. My husband went to the lobby in the morning where there was coffee. but it was cold. Also, it appears some people essentially live there and hang out in the parking area, right near the entrance to smoke and socialize. I felt uneasy about this, but told myself it was just for the night.
