We stayed for 3 nights in this property. 1 night in deluxe and 2 nights in premium room. Both room categories were very good. Food was also good and the hotel staff was very gentle and cooperative. Overall it was a very nice experience l. Highly recommend this property

Good stay. Well maintained rooms. Neat and hygienic. Breakfast and dinner are very good. I recommend it for families. Nice receiving by the receptionist. Room service is good. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with my family and I am very happy.

It’s nice hotel, outside view is good from hotel rooms. Food is good, staff are kind and helpful. Manger Salena Chhetri guided us well and arranged taxi for sightseeing. It’s on hill side hotel. We are happy to stay in the hotel. It’s safe and secured.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and property manager Ms. Salina staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thanks to the Rufina group

Staying in this hotel is so good. The hotel is so neet and clean. All staffs found so good and supportive. The location of the hotel is in such a lovely place. We were so thankful to ma'm Salena for her kind support and she is such a kind and humble we shall always remember her support and all hotel staffs support and co-operate to us. I suggest my friends to stay in this Rufina Pinasa Residency situated in Gangtok Sikkim.

Nice place to stay, hospitality is good, good Nature and nice view to see and it's really pleasant. Neat n tidy ambiance n rooms. Food is tasteful. Do visit. Thank you for your hospitality. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful

The rooms are nice and spacious. The view was good. The food was tasty, specially the breakfast. All the staff were polite and cordial. Couple of -ve points. 1- u wont find much options if u plan to have dinner nearby. Better to order in hotel's restr. 2- all the taxi stands are far & cost ~₹300. Hotel, if far from main stand, should offer some shuttle service with minimal charges. That would be very convenient for customers.

We stayed for a night although but our experience was nice. Rooms were pretty warm and cosy compared to other hotels we stayed. I felt a little issue with power as backup was taking a little time to kick in. I checked with reception and they confirmed that the issue was due to power overload in the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty. We loved it :)

it was an amazing experience to stay here. their food is tasty and it matches with my spice level. The behavior of the staff is very helpful. They are maintaining a proper 3 star hotel. it is quite far from the city mall like MG Market. But taxis are available. the hotel also has a natural scenario view.
