The staff and service at the Blue Charcoal (restaurant inside Sumi shangrila ) are definitely something to look forward to.resturant staff arpan nd all, who paid a lot of attention to our needs and requests. Our package included breakfast and dinner.They provide us a good service here in shangrila ..All the staff here wre very humble and sincere ..definitely recommend this hotel to my collegues and friends.tq mr captain. Good stay.. Everything was exceptionally good from hospitality to food. The service was prompt and the food in their Charcoal Restaurant is awesome and worth it. I suggest if anyone is travelling with family kindly do stay in Shangrila it's nearer to every spot. Thank you to entire team Ms. Soring, Mr. Ayush Mr. phurba Mr. Arpan everyone and also to the Hotel Manager Siddhant Thankyou team for your wonderful Hospitality.

We staying in sumite Shangrila at दीरोली we enjoyed a lot but espicelly we had a good time in staying in hotel because of staff they were good in welcoming and taking care they r humble and good behaviour। I would like to mention some of the names which I like the most was miss usha sangam anup and puja , I will der recommended this hotel
