The front desk staff (it was literally a hole in the wall where you checked in) was nice, both when we checked in and checked out, but the first room we were given had filthy sheets with hair on them! The whole second floor smelled like a greasy spoon! Don’t know if this is some sort of transition house, or used for workers of some kind, but it didn’t have anything nice about it inside. There were new fridges in the rooms however. The second room was on the 1st floor, and though much cleaner, the AC blew a really sickly sweet smell. Had to turn it off! So it was warm in the room. And the floor in this room felt like it had grease all over the floor! Didn’t want to go barefoot at all! Absolutely no ‘extras’ in the rooms — not even Kleenex! We got in at 10:30 pm and left at 7:30 am. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. The bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. Just a mattress on a spring frame, but not bad. Don’t stay here if you can help it! And it was still $130 US for the night!

I am not sure who checked us in, but she was not very welcoming. Our room had NO door bolt (concerning for a hotel?) we found a German roach, I tried to kill it but it ran into the hallway under the door. We booked a queen bed, and they gave us a double bed instead, they offered no kind of solution. And on our last day, they barged into our room (without even knocking) while we were STILL SLEEPING and hour before check out. Also, both nights it sounded like a STAMPEDE was running above us, from midnight to about 6 AM.

Ms.valerie is very nice and helpful she has a good spirit and is very understanding I’m thankful for her help and genuine love and good spirit and understanding. And my room is nice clean and very comfortable it is amazing I really like it thanks.

I’ve been living here at the Woodspring Suites, Savannah Georgia, since March 20 24.for Miss Valerie the GM of the Woodspring Suites in Garden city Georgia is the most adorable person you have could ever met. She is loving,as well as caring for her residents. She is just amazing her spirit her energy is everything you guys need to have more of her in the company. Miss Valerie of the Woodspring Suites in Garden City deserves major kudos.

Valerie is awesome! People at the front desk are always pleasant and polite. When I had trouble with my reservation at another hotel the staff were perceptive of the situation and managed to get me a room even though they were at near full capacity.

The management is very accommodating. I feel comfortable and safe. The only problem is that the washer and dryer’s are always out of order. Cleaning staff is always on point. The location is convenient to everything. I really don’t know what else to say

My wife and I were traveling through and made reservations here. Room was clean the staff went out of their way to welcome us. Nakaieta and the manager Valerie were top notch, thanks for making our stay great. This is a safe area to stay also, thanks again.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the front desk staff, especially Kenya and Valeria. They made my check-in process incredibly smooth and efficient, even in the face of technical difficulties. Kenya demonstrated remarkable composure while managing multiple challenges, including a slow internet connection and difficult guests. Her patience and professionalism were truly commendable. Having such a capable team at a great hotel significantly enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend visiting this location!

First off let me state, Kenya needs a raise! She exceeds her job title. Due to Hurricane Milton every room was sold out all over Savannah. Another hote called around for us and reached her and she held the very last room available for me. Thank you again
