What makes this hotel stand out is definitely the location. With its own little beach on the lake the hotel provides some majestic views. Rooms are large and comfortable. Food at the restaurant is amazing too - we had breakfast and dinner. The only problem - the hotel is very understaffed. We got turned away for dinner by one of the waitresses because she said they didn’t have enough waiters to serve us, which is unheard of in a four star hotel. (To clarify, that is not the fault of the waiters, but the hotel for not hiring enough people). Hallways could use some new wall paint and grass desperately needs a gardener.

The service at the hotel is some of the best I have received. All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room (111) was clean, comfortable and had the most incredible view of the lake, including sun loungers and steps down to access the lake. Breakfast was fabulous too!

We had a short, but lovely stay at Villa Maria Au Lac. We were traveling for a couple days around the lake and stayed one night here. Unfortunately for us, we arrived late and left fairly early the next morning. But we were able to enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the lake as we watched the sunset. Nice grounds -- there is a small beach and chairs on the lawn. Breakfast we excellent and the setting for the meals was lovely -- outdoors overlooking the lake. The rooms are slightly dated, but comfortable. Would stay here again.

An amazing hotel right at the shore of the Lago di Garda. Beautiful and quiet place, perfect service and excellent kitchen and breakfasts. 10/10

Soggiorno di 3 notti. Camere antiche con odore di chiuso. Pulizia inesistente, le tazze e i cucchiaini sporchi non sono stati cambiati, abbiamo dovuto richiederlo esplicitamente!! I bicchieri di carta del bagno porta spazzolini , sporchi non sono stati cambiati, abbiamo dovuto richiederli due giorni consecutivi. Colazione scarsa, le uova sia strapazzate che sode sempre fredde, fortunatamente il nuovo metre ha già richiesto si proprietari di cambiare modalità di cottura e conservazione, peccato non esserci quando accadrà. Si consiglia vivamente di rivedere gli standard delle pulizie!!!! Un hotel che si “dichiara “ 4 stelle deve essere pulito! Non può un cliente richiedere quotidianamente ciò che di base e di buon senso deve essere scontato!!! Il wc è stato pulito probabilmente l’ultima volta quando hanno costruito la struttura, tutto è da rimodernare e restaurare, allo stato attuale 2 stelle sono idonee. Il check in alle 16.00, check out alle 10.30, non si capisce a cosa servano 5 ore e 30 minuti quando le camere non vengono pulite….

Excellent accueil, bravo à Sabrina à l'accueil, et à l'équipe du petit dej, notamment Elisa d'une extrême gentillesse . 3 nuits dans un cadre apaisant, avec un jardin merveilleux. Hôtel d'une très grande propreté. Chambre de la Torretta avec vue exceptionnelle à 360° Merci à toute l'équipe Estelle et David da Parigi.

Wir waren vom 18.-25.08.2023 erstmals in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt vor Toscolano Maderno ist genial. Man kann jederzeit zu Fuß in die Stadt zum Essen oder shoppen gehen und man ist doch weit genug weg davon. Für ausgedehnte MTB-Touren in den nahem Bergen ist das Hotel der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Der eigene Liege-Park mit eigenem Badestrand ist von Vorteil, weil man hier im Grunde ausschließlich unter Hotelgästen ist. Die Hundehalter, die in diesem Hotel zugelassen sind, haben sich überwiegend vernünftig verhalten. Der Service, Rezeption, Kellner und Zimmerpersonal ist jederzeit zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann für wenig Geld Fahrräder (ältere Modelle ohne Schaltung aber technisch i. O.) mieten und die flache Umgebung erkunden. Wenn man mehr unternehmen will, kann man sich für gutes Geld eines in den umliegenden Vermietungen leihen. Es gibt anscheinend auch Wassersportgeräte zu mieten, was wir nicht ausprobiert haben. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, weil wir nicht jeden Tag noch ein 5-Gänge-Menü essen wollten. Das Frühstück war bis auf die immer selben Brötchen umfangreich und beinhaltete alles was das Herz begehrt. Wie gesagt, das sonstige Essen können wir nicht bewerten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Pizzerias, wo man super gut und günstig essen kann. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hatte einen kleinen Seeblick. Die Matratzen waren aus unserer Sicht super. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze von fast 40 Grad eine Super Erleichterung. Die Zimmerausstattung ist angemessen. Einzig zu bemängeln habe ich, dass die Dusche undicht ist und nach dem Duschen der Boden im Bad ziemlich nass war, was wir mit den ausreichend vorhandenen Handtüchern gut lösen konnten. Der Hotelmanager, dem ich das Problem gezeigt habe, möchte über den Winter das Problem, das wohl un mehreren Duschen besteht, beseitigen. Kurzum: Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub im Hotel Maria au Lac absolut zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Tutto praticamente perfetto: - Parcheggio interno - Staff ci ha trattato benissimo - Camera silenziosa e spaziosa con vista lago - Spiaggia privata e giardino - Colazione molto assortita e di tutti i tipi, con possibilità di farla direttamente in terrazza Da camera standard abbiamo anche ricevuto upgrade per la superior appena siamo arrivati. In generale è un posto magico che ti fa sentire isolato dal mondo con tutti i confort.
