Great service, good breakfast. swimming pool is small but sauna is great. Good price for value.

Very good swimming pool…warm water
If you don’t have swimming costumes, you can simply buy there! 15 min driving to Leeds city centre. Reasonable price

Nice enough hotel but with some reservations, the main entrance had work going on and was closed.the signage for the alternative entrance was poor and so difficult to get into the hotel. Once in side (I entered through the health club) there wasn’t ant directions to the reception. Once checked in, the room was decent if a bit of a trek to get to. Upon checking out, again the sign for the barrier code wasn’t easy to spot. I’m sure once all the alterations are complete the hotel will be back to the usual standards found at the average Holiday Inn.

Have stayed in the past and the rooms are lovely bathrooms have recently been updated and look amazing. The bar is a lovely a quiet area however service can at times be slow and at breakfast the service was non existent, we had to ask reception for someone to get us a coffee.
Do worry that mask wearing isn’t enforced and most people aren’t wearing them walking around the hotel.
But can’t complain overall a good stay lovely room nice location and bar great for a couple of drinks!

The hotel was a little dated. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
Some of the staff seemed a little under trained as I was not informed of where our room was and there were some beers unavailable due to the barrels not being changed.
There was more than enough parking and the pool was a nice addition.
Would stop again, if I can persuade my wife to stay as she stated she wouldn't
