The staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. Everything about my stay here was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very nice there was plenty of parking the only downside was the remodeling however they were considerate with the hours they were doing the work

Was never told that there would be an early check in fee.
Sheets were dirty and needed clean sheets.
4 people reserved for the room but only 3 towels.

Check in was alright. The front desk was a bit brusque, but then again they had a ton of cheer families checking in. Room was decent and spacious. But I definitely didn’t enjoy my cold shower, neither did my husband. There was rust on the rack in the shower and lots of dirt/mold/cracked grout as well. The property could for sure use some sprucing up.

I fund one dirty towel in the bathroom that is for the las guest is to much hair in the floor of the bathroom

Carpet was very dirty with large stains
TV remote didn’t work upon arrival then the replacement remote I was given didn’t work either. Changing rooms wasn’t an option because they were fully booked. Hotel needs a deep cleaning.
