THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL, PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE THIS YONG MAN SHOULD BE COMMENDED ON HOW HE GREETS AND DEALS WITH YOUR HOTELS CUSTOMERS.

Only one issue. Out of the 4 days we were there, they only cleaned our room once, after i requested the front desk to do so at least two seperate times. On one of those days, I had to seek out two towels on my own, because I was told by the cleaning staff that they had run out of clean bath towels...Upside, the breakfast buffet was great!

instead of one king bed, I was given two queens, but I reserved one king bed because I'm tall. when I asked them to change to a room with one bed, they refused, saying that they no longer have such rooms. very upset. Moreover, the room did not smell pleasant. It's a shame that you don't value regular customers.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. The pancake maker was a fun change from waffle makers.
The biggest complaint my entire family has is the beds .. the ‘queen’ is smaller than the normal queen size and it was incredibly uncomfortable ..
My back hasn’t hurt this bad in a while.

The young woman working the desk ...not sure she wants her name out there... Was amazing! I booked through a third party and it didn't show up ..she called them and then finally cancelled it and gave me a room right away.... Clean ...great location ...huge room ..I couldn't ask more I will look for holiday inn express more now!

It's fine, we've stayed here before on many occasions, just limited dining unless you cross Garrisonville Road, then there are just chain restaurants. That's to be expected when you stay at this hotel.
