Great Urban Spa. Small, clean, and well organized room. Will definitely come back when I am in Gatineau

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room.
The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing...
Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever.
Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

Cute boutique style hotel that mostly likely was converted from an older motel style property but fully renovated. Gym looks like a converted room, the spa are two nice outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. The restaurant food was amazing. Although three hockey teams were staying the same night we were there, they had enough common areas, you did not feel their presence. Would recommend this property.

The basic/regular rooms aren't big so we had to upgrade to a king pull out and that was a way better room. The spa pools are great, although can use a bit more cleaning but they're nice and warm and it's fun to enjoy in the cold weather. There was no noise or any interruptions. It was very clean and looks new and has a boutique feel. Staff was nice and helpful. The location is great! There are a lot of restaurants, stores, bakeries very close.
Over all definitely enjoyed our stay, great value for the price.

We stayed here one night before skiing. Loved everything about this place. The outside hot tub was amazing. Very clean and perfectly hot enough. We will be staying here again.

My wife and I came to this hotel last night and unfortunately this morning the hotel staff opened the door to our room without knocking and my wife became very sick because she has a heart problem.
