Beautiful property. Nice staff. Close to everything. Lots of fireplaces. Excellent hot apple cider in the lobby

Decor was great ,we where on the river side and it was great I have no complaints at all would recommend to anyone.

Short walk to everything! Over Gatlinburg Tram up the mountain, Convention center, abundance of restaurants. River view is looking at another hotel with a little river in between but city view is wide panorama od the mountains and town! Such a cute place! Tiny pool but wonderful fire pits! Apple cider and cookies every night. Loved that. Continental breakfast but the most amazing breakfast place right around the corner. It's a yes for me.

Welcoming staff, clean throughout. Decor was lodge-like. Weather didn't allow use of the pool or lazy river but the fire pits were a nice touch. Continental breakfast was good would have liked a waffle/pancake option. Coffee was perfect. Apple cider and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Location was great and we had a balcony over the river.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super spacious and the layout is great and the location is perfect. We love the Bearskin Lodge!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Extremely pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. There's no doubt, my wife and I will make Bearskin Lodge our first choice for future visits.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to most of the parks. Very friendly staff. It was our first time staying here and it won’t be our last.

The property was a little smaller and more dated than we anticipated but it ended up working out well. We really liked its location and the room was bigger and more comfortable than others. The breakfast was sufficient and easy. Overall we liked the property.
