Nice location. I like the floors…no carpet!! A great go to hotel!! Close to great hiking 🏔️

I’d rate this a solid 4 star but the receptionist was a little rude and cared more about the tv show she was watching.

Rooms were clean, staff was prompt and if I needed anything they were quick to help. Lost a room key and the man at the front desk re issued me a new one without any issues. The only thing I wish they did was make the beds every day.

Hotel was great price for a tourist area. Could have been cleaner, beds okay not horrible, but a bit lumpy.

Stayed NYE weekend. Pros: walkable and close to everything on the *****, great shower pressure, parking, heat in room is phenomenal if you’re always cold like me. Cons: thin walls (I thought the lady next door was in my room), stains on ceiling, bed spreads, ironing board, dusty baseboards, sticker trash left on bathroom door from previous guest, cereal floating in sink from previous guest.

The room was clean, bedding outdated, mattresses were so hard felt like sleeping in the floor.
The motel is great for location within walking distance of all downtown Gatlinburg. Pretty quiet and great parking right in front of our door. Had been partially remodeled recently.

Hotel was far from what I expected. Small dark rooms. We checked in and got settled in to find out the next morning we had to move rooms even though we made reservations weeks in advance. The location is great and convenient to everything but will never stay here again. Checked out after the first night and found a nicer place to stay.
