섬 안에 있는 리조트라 물도 맑고 사람도 별로 없고 너무 좋은데 편의점 또는 마트가 없어서 굉장히 불편했어요. 그래서 그런지 풀보드 패키지 아니면 디너는 꼭 이용하게 되어 있더라고요. 그런건 문제 없지만 디너 뷔페 비용이 180링깃이나 하는데 너무 맛이없고 먹을게
진짜 너무 없더라구요.. 차라리 조식이 훨씬 맛있었네요..
Dinner buffet was horrible.. There were not many kinds of foods but it was expensive.

優點:環境相對比較獨立 沒有非酒店的人員進入 還是相對來説比較私密的 酒店的海灣是個很大的內湖 灘很平 海水也不急 跟適合浮潛 酒店提供的玩耍的也有很多 房間在這個價位屬於中規中矩 在酒店看到了很多的小動物 總的來説還是值得體驗的
缺點:第一最大的缺點就是房間裏面的電話永遠打不通 住了兩晚無論怎麼打不通 就這一點服務基本可以打零分
第二酒店的海灣是個內海 所以海水質量很一般 酒店還有一個小小的海灘可以坐快艇過去 那邊的海水相對好一點
第三退房結賬的時候被告知需要額外付款上島和離島的快艇費用 兩大一小大概400多馬幣 對於這點我表示特別不能理解 因為無論是我定酒店的時候 還是在亞庇碼頭酒店辦公室check in的都沒有提示或者告知有這筆費用 恰好退房的時候才告訴我 這一點非常不爽 非常不能夠接受

1. 육지에서 리조트를 연결해주는 보트 비용 별도 청구
2. 덥고 습한 날씨라 모기 등 벌레가 많을 것으로 생각됐지만 의외로 괜찮았음
3. 사진상으로 리조트 부대시설이 규모가 있어 보이나 실제적으로는 좁은 면적
(주의: 사진과 실제 모습은 차이가 있음)
4. 환경 보호비 명목으로 매일 비용 청구

- 시설이 노후됐으나 사용에는 큰 문제 없음
- 리조트에서 제공받는 음용수는 시중 판매되는 음용수가 아닌 호텔에서 1.5L되는 병에 물을 담아 줌
물 맛은 수돗물을 끓인 후 식혀서 주는 맛
- 이유는 모르겠지만 샤워시 아무리 깨끗이 씻어내도 몸이 미끈거림
수질 자체에 문제가 있는 듯
- 화장실, 샤워실 등은 별도 전원 스위치로 컨트롤
6. 리조트내 부페 가격
a. 인당 RM 240 (부가세 및 서비스비 별도)
b. 음식 종류가 적고 질이 너무 떨어짐 (5점 만점에 1~2점)
- 부족한 음식은 바로 채워지지 않음
c. 육지와 연결되지 않아 어쩔 수 없이 리조트내에서 모든 식사를 해결해야 함
- 리조트내 마트가 없기 때문에 필요한 간식 등은 미리 준비하는 것이 좋음
d. 부페 식당이 오픈형이라 실링팬이 있어도 더움
- 습도가 높은 날은 더 견디기 힘듬

環境一般，特點是依山傍海，但是這個海不是玻璃海，而且是個內海，目測沒啥潮汐那種，跟國內的海都一樣顏色，有點失望，找了最好的視角拍了些照片，如果沒住過度假酒店的話感覺還好，如果住過其他的度假酒店的話，真的感覺一般化，最最不滿意的是服務服務服務！完全沒有服務，管家帶到房間就不見了，前台都不會中文，英語不好的話完全沒法交流，而且這麼大的度假村，沒有接駁車，山路全靠走，又熱又累，出門一趟就要立刻洗澡，服務生也不主動幫忙拿行李，不問的話行李就放在那邊不管了，真的很無語，而且攜程的預訂什麼都不包含，島上各種收費和税，整個大馬之行，體驗最差，花錢最多的酒店，建議大家定香格里拉吧，真的很棒

Overall an ok experience but just a tad expensive with additional fees outside the paid price. Rooms are relatively clean just be wary of mosquitoes. Staff are really friendly and welcoming

Environment is nice, staffs are welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but food is just so so and overpriced. The private beach area is small, and not that clean if you walk a bit far from the beach chair area.

Gorgeous and friendly staff who are able to serve and cater special trip arrangements. Water sport center arrange great boat snorkeling! Must join and be early bird as quota is limited with boat capacity!
Their house reef is beautiful with well-preserved coral garden, though not very big area, do have a great variety of fishes you can see.
The only drawback is, food variety of buffet can be more enhanced or to be more specify in local Malaysian food.

Great place to stay that is in convenient reach of KK. Enjoyed all of the various activities such as yoga, canoeing, snorkelling and the trek to see Probiscous monkeys. Only negative is the view of from beach contains many ships as it is obviously a shipping lane for freight into and out of KK.
