A very nice hotel , with tasty Food, rich breakfast and we suggest to have dinner at the hotel because it’s really tasty and it worths , clean rooms, nice spa , new playground and of course very friendly staff ❤️❤️❤️everything was great !

Just today home from a trip to Brixen Im Thale. The hotel was excellent, the management and staff could not have given a better welcome and looked after us very well during our stay. We only had a short stay,so did not get much use of the spa but what little use we did get was great. Rooms were comfortable.

Tolles Sporthotel, für Tennisspieler super, die beiden Trainer Rüdiger und Toni machen einen perfekten Job für jede Spielstärke. Man fühlt sich fast wie ein Profi, das sehr gute Essen, die Unterkunft, der moderne Wellnessbereich, die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Wer gern wandert oder Rad fährt, ist hier ebenfalls im richtigen Hotel 😀

Tennisurlaub mit Freunden der keine Wünsche offen lies. Das Hotel erfüllt für einen Aktiven Sport und Wellnes Urlaub alle bedürfnisse. Egal ob am Abend eine gemütliche Kartenrunde anstand, oder ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit Freunden.

Das Gesamtambiente ist stimmig. Der Aufenthalt wurde über einen Urlaubsgutschein ausgewählt und die Wahl hat sich als Volltreffer erwiesen. Besonders hervorheben müssen wir die Massage. Unbedingt buchen! Davon haben wir lange profitiert und die war sehr, sehr gut. Das Personal ist eine große Gemeinschaft, jeder packt mit an, was wir bemerkt haben, als die Blumenkästen für die Balkone geliefert wurden. Sogar der Koch war beim Schleppen aktiv. Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber zweckmäßig, im Restaurant blieben keine Wünsche offen. Probleme (Safe defekt, falsche Abrechnung) wurden in unserem Sinne unkompliziert behoben. Fazit: Alles gut!

Das Haus war in den letzten Jahren - wir waren bereits 7 mal in diesem Hotel - stets bemüht, Fortschritte in allen möglichen Bereichen zu machen. Dies gelingt ihnen ausgezeichnet und der Standard wird jedes Jahr besser. Dies in Bezug auf das Personal, Restaurant, angebotene Dienstleistungen, Tennisschule und Infrastruktur. BRAVO.

Ein toller und sehr kundenfreundlicher Service, sehr gepflegtes Hotel, erstklassiges Essen und die Suite ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Publikum ist gemischt. Das Gros sind Tennisspieler, aber auch die anderen gästenkommen nicht zu kurz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten jeden Tag Tennisunterricht gebucht und konnten auch rundherum ausgiebig Tennis spielen/üben. Super netter Tennis-Lehrer, überhaupt nettes Hotel-Personal. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer relativ alt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und sehr umfangreich. Am Mittag gab es jeweils 3 Suppen zum Selberschöpfen. Wir hätten es begrüsst, wenn man z.B. zusätzlich eine Pastavariante angeboten hätte? Die Menues am Abend waren soweit i.O. Leider waren teilweise die Teller nicht heiss und so kam das Essen lauwarm daher. Auch kleine Änderungswünsche z.B. bei den Beilagen waren nur umständlich machbar. So blieb bei uns das Gefühl hängen, dass die Küche wohl mit den ausgegebenen Menus bereits am Limit war. Schade, mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail und auch Deko wäre schon viel gemacht. Alles in Allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und wirklich das ganze Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich, was wir auch sehr geschätzt haben.
