The accomodation was not heated and had horrible mold smell. I later found out that he has years of experience in hospitality business and uses it to proactively deal with possible customer complaints. He has cunning tactics to hunt customers on various booking sites such as *********** and airbnb. To top the search lists on such platforms he uses the town name as the name of the property such as 'Linz donau ufer stadt mitte' or 'geinberg-suites'. He uses such gimmics to hunt customers rather than making a name for himself based on quality of service.
