We visited hotel restaurant more times and have a womderful experience ever time. Nice staff, good food and normal prices. Would recommend especially a fantastic weizen beer and family pizza. Very nice interior as well, comfortable seating.

Spent a week half term break and it is as the title says. You got everything you need for skiing: locations, ski depot, parking, etc. Room very spacious, modern clean bathrooms, great spa facilities and not least, the food. Amazingly good food that combines local gastronomy with international ones. Been to some fancy London restaurants that were not anywhere near to the food served here. Really nice surprise and we already booked for Christmas. Bottom line: you will struggle to get a better skiing package at this price. And we have been coming to Austria for the last 18 years.

I stayed in February for the second time with family Gstrein with my wife and three children. The hotel is very comfortable and convenient with a ski hire and lockers located underneath the building. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and plenty of storage space. The gondola is five minutes walk and takes you up to both mid station and ice q. We didn't eat out on either trip because the food was so good there was no need. The breakfast was great as well. I drank some fantastic wines with great recommendations from Simon. This hotel is great value and really is an excellent place to spend on a ski holiday. Thank you all so much for looking after us and we hope to see you again.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Gondel ins Skigebiet und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es am Hotel. Der Elektroparkplatz ist allerdings schwer zu bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen war immer top! Beim Frühstück hätte es etwas mehr Auswahl sein können, zum Beispiel regionale Spezialitäten, wie Käse und Brot. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet, allerdings fehlte uns persönlich hier der Wasserkocher, den es auch auf Anfrage nicht gab. Im Bad hätte es noch mehr Extras wie Haarshampoo, Wattestäbchen etc. geben können.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Es ist direkt an der Gondel gelegen. Auch ist eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, falls man zur anderen Gondel möchte. Skiverleih direkt am Hotel. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Man konnte morgens aus 3 verschiedenen Gerichten für das Abendessen wählen (Fleisch, Fisch und Veggie). Unser Kellner war sehr nett und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber.

Tolles Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, tolle Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Speisen Auswahl völlig in Ordnung, wem die mitgebuchte Halbpension mit reichhaltigem Buffet nicht passt kann gegen Aufpreis a la Carte bestellen. Das Personal ist geschäftig, freundlich, insbesondere die Bedienung im Restaurant. Die Getränke im Restaurant ein wenig überteuert insbesondere 3€ für eine Karaffe Leitungswasser erscheint mir übertrieben, zumal ein Wasserhahn mit Leitungswasser am Buffet allen Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Ein Wermutstropfen im Gesamteindruck- macht aber Nichts. Das Hotel ist an der Hauptstrasse, das weiß man vorher und deswegen sollte man im Nachhinein keinen Stern abziehen. Das auf der Hauptstrasse Autos fahren ist auch klar. Allerdings ist der Weg zur Gondel an der Hauptstrasse ultrakurz - auch klar ! Rundum ein super Skihotel. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer mit Ausstattung war perfekt, ebenso die Garage mit Fahrradständer für die Mountainbikes. Das ganze Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön gemacht. Leider war das Personal nicht sehr zuvorkommend, eher passiv bei der Arbeit. Dies hat sich leider vom Restaurant bis hin zur Reception durchgezogen. Es kamen bei Check-in fast keine Infos zu Anlagen oder dem Ort selbst, zudem hätten wir uns eine Vorwarnung (Information gewünscht, dass direkt neben dem Hotel ein Event stattfindet und nichts mit Nachtruhe ist sondern Konzert bis spät. Im Restaurant wurden wir bei Frühstück zuerst nicht beachtet, dann wurden wir platziert (eher passiv) und dann mussten wir nochmals Tisch wechseln. Alles in allem tolles Hotel, tolle Ausstattung, mässige Freundlichkeit und mässige Motivation beim Personal

Lage direkt am Lift. Ski und Depot im Hotel. Check in freundlich mit vielen Infos und Karten. Zirbenzimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Frühstück gut und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Parken in der Tiefgarage des Hotels kostenlos! Sehr gerne wieder!👍
