Valentin Design Apartments

We stayed at Valentin‘s during the Oetztal Bicycle Marathon race, and it was a great location and great experience. We stayed for two nights. The apartment is located quite centrally in Soelden but fortunately not right in the town center but a five minute walk up. This gives you a calm night. Very nice and clean.

Modern, clean and well equipped apartments with all kitchen amenities. Location is close to ski lifts and transport stop right on the door Very friendly staff offered welcome drinks. There's a spa on level 4. Very comfy beds.

Really nice and well equipped apartments with basement parking. 200 meter from skilift. Nice spa area also and nice service. All in all a very good experience. Trip advisor wants me to write minimum 200 letters so I have to keep writing, but I think ai made it clear already

Reservation made on 27/12/2022 via *********** during the stay 25/01/2023-29/01/2023. We took advantage of the non-refundable offer without the possibility of cancellation, but with the possibility of changing the date of stay once. Unfortunately, on On January 22, three out of four people (including the driver) who were supposed to stay there fell ill with the flu. On the same day we asked to change the date of stay. Realizing that the ski season is in full swing, we proposed that if there is no place for us this season, we will ask for a date in the 2023/2024 season. Hotel Response: We understand your situation, but we can't do anything because you reported too late that you can't come and we are unable to sell this booking. I sent the information about the disease immediately, as soon as I found out that it was not an infection that would pass quickly. Taking into account the fact that illness is not planned and the fact that information is immediately sent to the hotel that due to illness we are unable to reach and use the reservation, we are very surprised that a facility that has such good reviews treats its customers in such a way. Due to the fact that our reservation was lost and the hotel did not want to change the date of our stay, I will not be able to assess the actual level of services provided by the hotel. I just hope that our payment of over $2,000. EUR will be allocated to employee bonuses. I do not recommend this facility. They may have beautiful interiors in their rooms, but they lack the usual human empathy.

I liked everything about the property. We arrived late, and the keys were in a secure lock box with a code. Everything was seamless. Thank you

Leider – weder Ambiente, noch Verfügbarkeit / Lösungsorientierung des Personals, noch Sauberkeit und Qualität haben gestimmt. Preis/Leistung war unterirdisch (450 Euro/Nacht). Defekter Skikeller, defekte Türen im Wellnessbereich, Tresor ging nicht, Ausstattung Kueche mangelhaft und nicht 4* entsprechend. Skischuhe in den Fluren, weil der Skikeller unter Wasser stand/am Trocknen war. Feueralarm in der Nacht, weil das Brandmeldesystem offenbar bekannterweise einen Fehler hat/zu empfindlich ist und... in keinem der genannten Fälle sinnvoll Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. Es gibt noch weitere Punkte aber zu wenig Platz..... Definitiv keine Empfehlung. Haben über Personal an die Geschäftsführung weitergeben lassen, dass wir nicht zufrieden waren und um Kommentar gebeten - keine Reaktion.

Het hotel verkeerd in volledige nieuwstaat. Zeer goede en behulpzame gastheer. Goede kamers die van alle gemakken voorzien zijn. Moderne badkamers, goede keukens en dito interieur met knipoog naar lokale materialen. Hotel bevat sauna, voldoende (binnen)parkeergelegenheid en veel i formatie over de omgeving en wat er te doen is. Enig aandachtspunt zijn die relatief harde bedmatrassen, al is dat voor iedereen persoonlijk anders. Prijs per nacht ligt bovengemiddels, maar is het volledig waard geweest. Kamers bevatten tevens een tablet met allerhande informatie m.b.t. weer, hotel, restaurants, dagactiviteiten, games voor kinderen/ouderen en nog meer.
