First time stay at such a hotel with automated check in. I was a little sceptical at first but my fears were allayed by the smooth check in and then the very high quality of the room. The room was clean, modern, had every possible amenity you'd require (including a sewing kit and slippers). Would definitely stay here again if I was passing through Zistersdorf . Breakfast around the corner at the recommended cafe was also very good.

Das VinoQ Mistelbach ist das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich jemals logiert habe - deshalb keine einzige Sonne !!! Das Hotel wirbt mit einem 24 Stunden Self Check in, der schlichtweg nicht funktioniert - auch bei anderen Hotelgästen nicht !!! Am Check in Automaten ist ein Schild angebracht, dass sich ein IT Service Techniker automatisch nach 20 Minuten meldet, wenn der Check in nicht klappt, was auch nach 1,5 Stunden nicht der Fall war !!! Die Kontakttelefonnummer, die am Automaten angebracht ist, führt mich zu einem AB, der mir sagt, ich solle eine Mail schreiben, die in den nächsten 24 Stunden beantwortet wird … LOL !!! Und der Gipfel ist, dass der Hotelbesitzer persönlich zu mir meint, ich sei selbst schuld, weil ich in der Nacht einchecken wollte … soviel zu 24 Stunden Self Check in !!! Ansonsten ist es ein überkommenes, altbackenes Hotel, das dringend auf den heutigen Standard gebracht werden muss und und völlig überteuert noch dazu ist !!! Never ever again !!!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und selbsterklärend. Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll.
