Booked for king bed, given two single bed and simply say there is no indication on my request in their system as such no king bed, even I show my request in trip.com.
Given two tickets for skyway Genting but it's closed and cannot use for Awana cable car too. Why give something that cannot be used.

Room had a smell.
Lots of insects found in room.
Hotel was too old although it was refurbished.
Pillows were really too soft and not comfortable at all.

No wifi in room. Hotel abit outdated. Service of the staff is polite and good. Had abit of problem looking for the hotel from bus terminal as there is no proper signage to the hotel. No shaver in room provided but can get from the housekeeping staff. Sound proofing is not good. Can hear next door talking loudly and the announcement from theme park is loud. View is fantastic. Drinks from the convenient store at lobby is more expensive than 7-11 store.

Location was prime, but the front desk receptionist lady was really messed up.
I booked the none smoking room, she gave me smoking room with the farest room from the lift.
It was very unpleasant experience & the amenities was also sucks. They provide just 1 single sop to wash body, hair and everything! There was no hair conditioner or hair tie even at all.
Other than location, I don’t suggest this place at all, it’s a very old hotel with lousy customer service.
