Checkin was quite slow and location was a bit far away and in a secluded area. The rest was excellent!

House are clean and nice. Comfortable for us with families. Keys need to be collected at geo38, and the house located at midhills. Quite a distance if you are a tourist and dont have a car. But afterall, a good staycation for us

The hotel, the bed, the location i may say perfect.
The issue is with the host/management which host by 7stone.
The check in process was difficult and they even asked RM200 for secure deposit.
This is too much and not reasonable. Hold cash RM200 just for the access card? Then what we going to eat later?
Not all traveller bring so much cash. And luckily i have.
And they not text/whatsapp me to inform before i arrive. And the host office locate at different building which you need to drive out nearly 2-3 KM and return back from your booking room.
They supposedly should have 1 representatives at the loc to ease the process to the guest.
Hope they change the policy to hold RM200 deposit.
Trip.com please advise them on be half the rest of the guest. Thank you
