The hotel room is clean. Check-in is easy. The place is near New World Park with many eateries. Good location.

Tune Hotel Penang is a simple, yet pretty nice budget hotel.
From the outside I noticed that the hotel looks quite poor and needs some new painting.
The reception area is spacious and modern though.
The room is small and so is the double bed. I was alone, so it was great for me, for as a couple the room might feel a bit too small, I can imagine.
Nice shower. AC working but not very powerful. But there was also modern ceiling fan, which was OK.
Bed quite nice.
Free filtered water (chilled) at the reception (at 2nd floor). Not great, but worth the cheap room rate.

My recent visit to Tune hotel penang was an plasent experience , fast chcek in clean room and friendly staff .would definetly visit in the near future

nice hotel with a strategic place. good to stay for rest after exploring Georgetown. a lot of restaurants and its all walking distance. this place is very good also because they provide a hotel car park (its RM6 per day) which is still affordable.
but it will be more good if can improve the cleanliness of the rooms. my room is ok but got a stain like blood at the blanket and also few hair at the floor .
btw its still a good place to stay.
