Reception staff was kind to extend high floor level when we checked in. Happy with the clean room with super king size bed.

Hotel location is good, next to lots of nice local food & night street food. It is near shopping malls too.

It's a pleasant stay. We love the location as it's easy to travel around Georgetown, Penang Hill n even to Batu Ferringhi with the local bus! The New Lane Street Food is just less than 5 mins walk down the road n the famous fried fish n Bee Hoon in the morning. I especially love the 24 hours gymn. The staff in charge was quick to repair the weight lifting equipment n top up the supply of the mineral water. The only minus point is that the lighting can be a little bit brighter. As a whole, we are happy staying here n shall return in the near future.

Very convenient location in George Town, nearby many good coffee shops. Hotel provides shuttle to Gurney and attraction spots at selected timing. Very good service helping us with luggage from check in to check out. Bed very clean and we have sunrise view watching Komtar every morning

Location is good. However, if possible suggest to change towels, pillows and blankets caused it a bit old.
