Very dusty with a lot of ants and spiders, and many stains on bedsheets. I got fresh insect bites every night whilst sleeping... not suitable for those with allergies or sensitive skin. I asked for a vacuum cleaner but received a broom instead.
Location was good, but there was no access to the apar**ent directly from carpark (had to walk out of the carpark via its car entrance).
Overall price is reasonable for the 2 bedrooms+ 2 toilets, but not a comfortable stay

Our bedsheets are dirty and worn. Towels are old.
Hotel location is good. Next to Gleneagle hospital near Gurney.
I suggest you bring your own towels, pillow cases and bedsheets if you stay there.
One of the few cases where in the first night, I struggled if I should burn the fees and move to a different hotel.
Office only operates from 9am-9pm.

Come here for medical trip with my mom.
The unit has everything from microwave, washing machine, iron..so for us who stay long for 5 nights is really helpful & comfortable

Booked this as there was an emergency at the hospital next door. Convenient location. The apar**ent was generally clean. They have attentive service crew- there was leakage in the ceiling and the gas stove was not connected but the service crew came to address these issues.
It would be great if there was smart TV with YouTube for kids, and if they changed the bed as it was slightly lumpy. Other than that, the location was good for us as we had to visit the hospital next door.

Good place to stay for a family frip and esay check in process as they will whatsapp you everything before you come.

The room cleanliness is well maintained and all the facilities inside the room are working well. The location is about 1km from Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Overall stay was enjoyable.

In general the unit is good. Location is good. Unit is clean and comfortable. Only the unit insisted for us to pay deposit which need to be cash,and been informed that their service time is only until 8 PM. After negotiating at last they agree to wait us until 9 PM.
Hope that the unit may allow deposit using tng or bank transfer and give back the deposit on the same day after check out. Thank you.

Everything was ok until i complained about the WiFi in the first day. They have WiFi but no internet. The management keep telling me that the WiFi is ok. I told them, yes, the WiFi ok but no internet. They don't understand my problem and sending technician just to restart the router was not helping at all.
Overall the place is ok but the service is really bad. There is no point setting up the WiFi but with restricted/no access. I can't even open my email on outlook to do some work.

The location is not bad as there is a nearby hawker. It is just next to Gleneagles hospital which is good as well for emergency. It is also just a few mins drive to Gurney Plaza. However, the cleanliness of the unit is not as great. There were spiders, ants and the mattresses were full of bugs. Not sure if it is bed bugs as I suffered some bites.
