I had a pleasant stay in E&O Hotel, the room is spacious with seaview. Overall, it was a good experience for me to stay in such a historical building. Everything is good except the swimming pool area tables and chairs need to be replaced as it looks dirty. Breakfast was great with variety of food choices.

The entire journey in E&O is amazing. To be honest it feels like an attraction on its own and one night here is barely enough.
They gave me a free upgrade to the corner suite!!
I really enjoyed my stay and I wish I could come again next time I’m in Penang :)

Stayed here with my wife. Overall good experience. Hotel position themself as a top luxury hotel in Penang, but i think they can improve cleanliness at the public area, especially the public toilet. Accidentally bumped into the hotel back of house and the condition is quite bad. But overall the room is clean and comfortable. Hotel can improve further on the service as well. Sat in the lounge for a good 10mins but there are no one there.
