nice seat, nice and quiet, kitchen a bit poorly furnished. Furniture partly already old. pool was cool. In Germignaga on the beach it was well maintained and newly laid out. Only the music from the beach bar is very loud.

Nice view and a pleasant location, but on a steep slope so a car is essential. Apartment is outdated here and there, but for the most part very old. An ok stay but wouldn't come back.

We made good use of the swimming pool (which could be warmer) and the tennis court. Many activities and attractions are possible (hiking, sailing, Varese, Borromean Islands...)

auf der Terrasse sitzen und den See sehen, das macht schon beim Frühstück gute Laune. Whg schon ein bischen in die Jahre gekommen,aber ok, kein WLAN ! Hund war erlaubt
