Stayed here for the Akelaŕe a three star restaurant but while the service was brilliant, I left a bit disappointed with the food.
Very pushy on getting us out on the morning we were leaving, we were delayed due to having to wait for a table at breakfast. Rooms and view were excellent.

This property was amazing. A proper 5 star hotel. We hired a car and drove everyday. We stayed here with a toddler. We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful warm and friendly hotel. We only stopped for a coffee and were not expecting to find somewhere so posh looking and so we weren’t really dressed for it (shorts and T-shirt) but the staff were so welcoming. I would LOVE to stay here one day!!!

El palacio en si, El hotel en si. Excelente. Comodidad y gusto por todo. Detalles en la habitación, en el baño, la cama… Desayuno exquisito y el trato de maravilla, desde la entrada hasta la salida. La pena fue que no pudimos aprovechar la piscina por el tiempo. Pero volveremos.

Magnifique hôtel qui a tout pour que votre séjour soit une réussite :) Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables, la piscine donnant sur la mer est superbe et on mange très bien aussi bien le matin pour le petit déjeuner que pour dîner. C'est parfait pour se reposer et comme pied-à-terre pour visiter la côte basque espagnole. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Todo genial. Cenamos en el restaurante y la verdad es que todo muy bien. El sitio es espectacular y la reforma del edificio está hecha con muy buen gusto. Aunque no lo utilizamos, si visitamos el spa y la piscina (una pena que no hizo buen tiempo).

Pasamos un fin de semana increíble. Es un hotel ideal para visitar Bilbao o la costa vizcaína. Tuene unas vistas espectaculares al mar y un servicio excelente. Las habitaciones son preciosas y súper cómodas. Hicimos la experiencia wellness y fue fantástico el spa para nosotros solos y el masaje de los mejores que me han hecho. Volveremos seguro en verano a disfrutar de la piscina exterior con vistas al mar.

La entrada a los jardines desde la calle deja boquiabierto al viajero. El amable equipo de recepción te da la bienvenida y te enseña las fabulosas vistas sobre el mar cantábrico. Este hotel, que pertenece a Leading Hotels of the World, es historia, arte, sofisticación, todo ello rodeado de belleza. Destaco las fantásticas habitaciones que combinan lo clásico con las máximas comodidades actuales. Su gastronomía protagonizada por los productos naturales de la zona sorprende por su calidad y el impecable servicio.
